CLIENT AGREEMENT FOR WEB HOSTING SERVICES
This Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Landstar Florida Inc. (the “Company”) and the client (the “Client”) for web hosting services. By purchasing or utilizing the services, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Service Overview The Company provides WordPress web hosting with the following packages:
Vivid App Landing Page SEO Package – $500 Sale Price ($200 Down)
- 5GB WordPress hosting space
- Divi Theme Pro with theme choice
- SEO-ready setup
- Free web hosting for 6 months
- Automatic billing of $9.99/month after 6 months
Blast Your Business Package – $900 Value, $500 for New Clients Today
- Includes all features of the Vivid App Landing Page SEO Package
- Fully designed 5-page Divi website with Elegant Themes installed
- Named pages with headlines and SEO optimization
2. Payment & Billing
- The Client receives free hosting for 6 months.
- After 6 months, auto-billing of $9.99/month will begin unless canceled in writing before the billing date.
- The Client must provide a valid payment method for continued hosting services.
3. Ownership & Content
- The Client retains full ownership of the website and its contents.
- The Client may move the website at any time.
- The Company practices free speech but requires all content to be lawful. Any illegal content will result in service termination.
- The Company reserves the right to discontinue hosting services at any time. If terminated, the Client may back up and move the site at their own expense.
4. Website Delivery & Refund Policy
- Upon delivery of site access and installed content, the agreement is considered fully executed.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for website updates and maintenance.
- Regular backups are recommended as the Company does not guarantee backups.
- The Client must provide a URL or request the Company to purchase one for their niche.
6. Additional Services
- Email services are available upon request.
- Additional SEO and digital marketing services may be offered based on availability and need.
- The Company aims to optimize websites for search engines to achieve high rankings for relevant keywords.
By purchasing a web hosting package, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
